Subventions aux associations
En complément de la subvention accordée pour les projets pédagogiques du collège J. Moulin (23 750€), le conseil communautaire des Quatre Vallées décide d’attribuer une subvention au « Quatuor Opus 51 » de 1 000€ et de 5 800€ à l’association « familles rurales » pour la Ruche de juillet.

Programme Local de l'Habitat
La communauté de Communes des Quatre Vallées a décidé de se doter d’un programme local de l’habitat, arrêté par délibération du conseil communautaire du 18/02/2009, après avoir consulté les douze communes membres. Cette délibération et le projet de PLH reçus par les services de l’Etat n’ont pas été soumis pour avis au Comité Régional de l’Habitat suite à une modification législative intervenue en février 2009 (Loi 2009-323 du 25/03/2009).

Pass-foncier pour les Quatre Vallées
Le Pass-foncier est un dispositif social d’accompagnement des politiques locales de l’habitat en faveur de l’accession à la propriété. Il repose sur un portage dans le temps du prix du terrain d’assiette du logement par le « 1% Logement » de manière à solvabiliser les ménages à revenus modestes et moyens. L’article 52 de la loi de mobilisation pour le logement et lutte contre l’exclusion du 25 mars 2009 a prévu l’extension du bénéfice de la TVA à taux réduit au dispositif Pass-foncier pour les logements collectifs.
